i'm a ten hour daily sleeping monster

Everytime i read some health reports or recommendation, it says that a normal adult should sleep 8 to 10 hours daily... But i keep thinking why must i be on the extreme end... why cant i be the one who just needs 8 hours of slp or even lesser like some of my friends. ha

Seriously, tried and tested, without using alarm clock i will always wake up 10 hours later from the time i knockout. Even if i use alarm clock, i will still keep snoozing until 10 hours is up. haha, so frankly there is no point in me using an alarm clock, but i will always still set my alarm for an 8 hour slp conscientiously everynight. and always the next morning will be a struggle... a 2 hour struggle...

I guess its all in the mind, haa, i think i'm mentally not disciplined enough to make myself wake up earlier. not sure if its a blessing this sem cause my earliest lesson is always at 1030, even though i got lecture occassionally at 830, that is really very occassionally. i'm begining to wonder how i am going to survive work... next time i would really have to sleep at 1030 pm after channel 8 news le... maybe its a healthy lifestyle for me to sleep early and wake up early also ha...

anyway, work has been delayed for KPMG till 1 Sept. And there is going to be revision of work benefits as well.. No news from Singapore Tourism Board yet, but even though recently hear some not so good stuffs about working in STB, but i still feel no matter how bad it is, it wouldnt be as bad as the infamous BIG 4... haha lets call it BIG 4 Monster....

ya i need to go guan yin temple to huan shen and also pray for my hopefully upc0ming STB interview...
